Bush's Military Records Update
The story on Bush's
military record is multi-fold. On May 27th, 1968, Bush was 12 days away from
losing his student draft deferment. At this point in the war, 350 Americans a
week were dying in combat and Americans watched it on television every night.
The senior George Bush was serving as a Texas Congressman, and it is reported
that he and his family friends pulled strings,
and the young Bush was granted admittance to the guard the same day he applied.

Blackwater and Tom DeLay
Blackwater's founder, Erik Prince, has deep ties to the Republican Party and conservative religious organizations. He was a Republican congressional aide and briefly an intern in the White House of President George H.W. Bush, according to The News & Observer in Raleigh, N.C. When four Blackwater employees were murdered in Fallujah in 2004, the company turned for public relations and lobbying advice to the Alexander Strategy Group, a now-defunct Republican lobbying firm that was closely linked to former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay.

Subject: Funny Chuck Norris 80's Ad
Lisa,
I remember Bush a long time ago saying his fave TV show was Walker Texas Ranger,
so its about time Chuck Norris came to the rescue.
I found this classic (Sears catalog?) ad of Chuck-in-action a long time ago, and
have had it on the hard drive forever... I think you'll like it, the timing is
perfect.
Feel free to use your creative photoshop superpowers to work it into your
rotation.

Thanks Rich, I love the ad exactly the way it is. I wish I could kick my leg that high!
Have a peaceful weekend, everybody!
